So what do you do when this is said about our local cop, & no one will investigate? When I asked that it be checked out, he resigned. No one will touch it. I'm sick of assholes with badges.
I can't give legal advice or pretend to know the specifics of this situation, but if I knew for a fact that happened, I'd feel compelled not to report him to his dept, but to approach child protective services and prosecutors with documented evidence and testimony.Depending on the potential for a libel suit, I'd probably want to consult my own attorney first for the proper way to proceed.
