Wasn't there a kerfluffal a while back about self incrimination regarding fugitive from justice of similar on the old 4473?

Anyone remember that? What happened?

I think the ATF has "formed" itself right into court with the new 4473, which I'm quite happy to see.

Cannabis use has now been decriminalized in one way or another in more than 50% of states with more expected this year. Asking to list use is a crime right up front, because it's a question about your medical history, prohibited by HIPAA. There are criminal penalties for violation of HIPAA, no one can be required to provide HIPAA information.
