An article by Miami Herald about how criminals plan to hide from law enforcement. Now that's a news story.
"Jofre" won't move back to Chile supposedly because of earthquakes. Will move to California, a sanctuary state, though.
I have an idea - Jofre should just admit that all cultures aren't equal, and she doesn't want to go back. At least that's believable.
